Bottom dwellers

What kind of bottom dwellers should I add to my 38g tank(check my tank info to see whats in there)? I thought about a red-tailed/rainbow shark but they're supposed to be aggresive. Maybe I should just get a few more corys. Any other ideas?

More cories would add more playfullness to the group, and help the others feel less shy.

additional Corys would definitely be a good idea. the corys will play more and your tank will be very active.

Emerald Green corys aren't really corys. They are Brochis splendens which get over three inches and yes are truly beautiful.
The green aeneus Corys look like Brochis splendens (Emerald green) but are smaller and are delightful. I would suggest though more of whatever kind you already have.

Corys deffinatly.

Just concerned as to why a Betta is in there? I'm sure we all know they are not community fish and they can get nipped to death, especially with Tiger barbs!

I've adde two more corys, They're bronze corys. I have 7-inches to work with so now what, more corys? As for the betta, he was in there first. I put five tiger barbs in, and the betta chased all of them. 3 died so I got 2 more days later. I left him in there cause nobody bugs him, he doesnt harm anyone, and they're all happy that way. Im looking for a 10g for my mollie though, cause my first mollie and my platy chase him away when they see him.

Put the Betta in the 10gal - at some point there WILL be a disaster and it will end in tragedy for 1 fish or another. Betta are never truly happy in a community!

More corys, yes! 3 more should be good.
