56g community stocking suggestions needed

would this setup work well for a 56gallon (210L) tank?

12 - Penguin Tetras
3 - Bolivian Ram
4 - Upside Down Catfish
6 - Panda Corydoras
12 - Rummy Nose or Black Skirt Tetras
2 - Angelfish

further suggestions?

I think you might want to lose one of the shoals of tetras. All the species you've chosen grow to at least 2 inches. all 24 tetras are already 42" worth of fish.

I would do this:

-3 angelfish (you never want two angelfish as one will dominate the other)
-1 bristlenose pleco
-6 Panda Corydoras
-4 Bleeding Heart Tetras
-3 Upside down Catfish

I would forget USD's altogether. They take up a lot of space, and you don't see them to much. Something like:

3 Angels
1 BN
6 Panda corys/3 Bolivian rams
6 Penguin tetras
6 Rummy nose tetras
