IMO your tank isnt big enough...2 angels, and certainly if they pair up, or even if they dont get along, need at least 20 gallons alone...they can be meanies sometimes...not always to eachother(although that happens alot) but also to others if they pair up ...

The only way to have an angelfish in a 20 gallon tank really is to get an extra tall tank and then only one. I have one in my 29 gallon and it is barely tall enough for him IMO. You have enough fish in there right now when they mature that you will be a over populated. If your Japanese algae eaters are really Chinese algae eaters they will be most likely aggressive and be about 11 inches when grown. If the are Siamese algae eaters they will be 4 inches when grown.

IMO your tank is overstocked now, I would not add anymore fish, especially Angelfish at this point. If you are really wanting Angelfish maybe down the road you will be able to pick up another tank, such as a 29g tall and keep 1 Angelfish and a few small fish with it.
