Not sure what you want to know, but
Pseudomugil Gertrudae need a very heavily planted tank, and VERY small food such as baby brine shrimp, daphnia, very finely crushed flakes and the smallest mini pellets. I plan to also start feeding Cyclop-eze. They should be fed about 3 - 4 times a day.
At my lfs, they are labelled "Gertrude's Blue Eyes", and there are many kinds depending on which river in Australia they come from.
They're less than one inch and you can easily keep 10 in a 10 gallon tank since their bioload is very light. They're not fussy about pH or temperature, but water must be kept very clean. You should have at least as many or more males as females.
IF you have fish-only petstore nearby, you could probably ask them to order some for you if they're not in stock.
