White Ribbon

Anyone have this plant and if so do you have problems with your clown loaches eating it? My 3 Clown Loaches destryed my Amazon Sword and all that is left are the stems Yesterday I bought and planted a white ribbon which is twice the size with thicker leaves and stems. Hopefully they leave it alone.

Thanks,
Adam

Re: White Ribbon

I don't know what a white ribbon plant is, do you have a picture or the scientific name ? My Clown Loaches don't destroy my plants so much as dig them up going for snails.

Re: White Ribbon

I have several of those plants and they really havn't grown or rooted at all in severl months of being in my planted tank. I found out they aren't aquatic and they are going to be in there till my other plants fill in properly. While not growing, they do see hearty enough, they aren't rotting or anything. I don;t have loaches so can;t comment on that part.

Re: White Ribbon

No they will not survive. Eventually they will die, rot and pollute your tank.
