Hi, Is it OK just to leave your plants in the baskets?

you can leave them there, but it's not good for the plants. (i'm guessing you mean the planted you bought with a pot and rockwool?)

Your plants will do better removed from the pots and rockwool.

How do you get them to sit in the aquarium properly, I have a biorb with the ceramic media and started to take one of the plants out of the basket, the biorb ended up with loads of mud floating around when I tried to plant it and it just wouldn't stay put? Any help wpuld be appreciated, I'm kind of new to the plant thing, dont even have plants in my garden!
