After some Google search, it looks like Caladium humboldtii 'Mini White' to me. Just scroll down the page and you will see it. It seems to be a plant that can grow in aquariums too.

I'm not very good at ID'ing things, but it looks like Caladium humboldtii has more white than green.
To me it looks like this: Aluminum Plant
If it is, it's not an aquatic plant.
