Java Fern Problem

Hi Everyone, I have a Java Fern in my 29 gallon and it seems to not be growing. The leaves look very delicate and I have it attached to a piece of driftwood. I also add the API Leaf Zone to help it out each week (with each WC). Any suggestions? Thanks! Oh and the fern in my 10 gallon is doing great maybe the lighting?

J. Ferns are generally a very slow grower. I like to take pics of my plants so I can compare from month to month. You may not see it everyday but it will grow!
