Question: Plants harmful to fish if eaten?

I recently added some plants to my 35 gallon freshwater tank. One of the plants seems to be a favorite among the fish as almost a whole leaf is gnawed off. Is this harmful? Should I remove this plant? They seem to be leaving the other ones alone.

It is not harmful..... more helpful because it gives them vitemins
