I recently purchased an anubias plant for my bettas tank. Well I have a bridge type centerpiece for my tank and was wondering if I could attach the roots of the anubias to the bridge?
Also, I have heard of using a clay pot and putting gravel in it to secure this type of plant, but how is that any different than burrying it in the substrate? Which I have read not to do.

You can attach anubias to just about anything though the smoother the surface the longer it will take to attach itself.

Awesome. The bridge I have it pretty rough, not really sharp though. It looks like an older style of bridge made with bricks.

Just use fishing line or cotton thread to attach it to the bridge and eventually the roots will permanently attach themselves to it
