Plant ID and How to Question?

Can anyone ID the plant in the middle picture?

http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...%3Den%26um%3D1

and does anyone know how, or have a guess at, how you would make a structure like the one shown in the middle picture?

It just looks like a latge rock, or other structure with a moss attached to it. Not sure what type of moss, doesn't look like java to me.

The plants in the middle of the tank are Dwarf Four leaf (Dwarf Baby Tears), and the other is some type of moss. The only time I have been successful growing Baby tears has been under VHO lighting (4+ WPG) and at that wattage, you would need to run a c02 system. If no c02 is used, the plants would be smothered in no time by algae. The moss could be Java, its hard to tell. I think it may look different than normal due to the probable high output lighting.
