What Are Some Good Plants?

What are some good plants that last a while and look nice? on Friday i bought a plant called aluminum because it looked great and it's been nibbled at. i'm guessing it is my BN plecos.

is there a way to make plants look unappetizing?

thanks

Java Moss, Java fern. Low light requirements. You can also go to the top of the page in the right hand corner and do a search for aquarium plants. I'm sure you'll find a good bit of information there. Personally I have all plastic plants.

Aluminum plants are nonaquatic. I dont know why this plant is sold for aquariums~! If its not to late print out a page and take it back to the place you bought it. It will soon wither and rot in your tank.
The plants aquarist48 mentioned would be good ones.

Java fern, Java Moss are both low light slow growers. If you want fast growers you need floating/ or stem plants.
