The Hole.

I bought a new crypt plant and it had a tiny hole in it, a day later it is even bigger. Is there a small parasite eating it away? I do not see any snails either. The picture is in the 2nd page of this link.

Cycling tank.

Thank you.

Crypts sometimes will "melt" when exposed to a different water quality (different pH, hardness, temp, etc...). They usually regrow their leaves within a week or two after. You can clip off the dying leaf, if you want. It might speed up the plant's regrowth a bit.

Yes, just clip the leaf off.

Yeah, for future reference I agree that you should just cut the leaf off. The crypt will be fine. Crypts in general tend to get in a little snit about being moved. If you just clip off the trouble areas and let it chill in the same spot in your tank it should almost always recover given proper lighting.

Sounds like crypt melt, which is what happens when a crypt decides it needs to grow new leaves because of water quality, light amount, etc... Pretty startling how quickly it happens, neh?
