dose the white on this plant look fine?

this is my new aqua fern and i was just woundring is the white on it is normal for new plants and the dead leafs were there when i got it for anyone that was going to point that out =p

If it's an aqua fern bought from Petsmart in one of those tubes, I don't believe that it is a true aquatic plant.

lol so that would be lie number 3 from petco ...... what has the world come to now cant even go to get fish stuff without having someone lie lmfao.
