Plant purchases

I want to purchase some more low light plants for my tanks.
I've had decent luck with past purchases but wondered if any of you would add some recommendations here
Aquabid sellers or others.

To be truthful, I've bought some really nice anubia from Walmart. (They get in the fish and plants on Thursdays at our store.)
I haven't bought any fish from them, but they get some really nice looking angels on occasion.

I've bought a couple of kinds of java fern and cryptocoryne on aquabid from a guy out of NY.
Are we allowed to give out names?

I've had good luck with plants I've bought from fish club fish auctions.
Do you have any clubs in your area that are having a swap meet or auction soon? That might be a fun option.

Regardless where I buy them from, I always disinfect plants before putting them in the tank.

I have had luck with anubias and Java fern in low-light tanks (in addition to the Christmas moss, which you already know about )

As far as listing sellers, let me look into that... Please don't post any specific sellers (though you can PM them) until I get back with an answer.

I was actually looking for the name of a seller that was posted just a few days ago by a moderator ( the seller was from aquabid)

No one sells aquatic plants around me (grrrrr).

Check out this link.

Be warned that pop ups will come up, but they should be blocked if you use mozilla or if you know how to block all pop ups on the regular internet explorer or safari. I hope this link helps you because it is RICH with information

Java Fern, Java Moss, Anubias, and Bolbitis heudelotti are all excellent low light plants. Here is an experience I had with an aquabid seller in the review forum
