| Help me find Brazilian Pennywort aka Hydrocotyle leucocephala Hello everyone, you guys have helped me a ton so here I am yet again hopeng someone could rescue me. Just kidding
Well I been looking around for Brazilian Pennywort aka Hydrocotyle leucocephala. I have checked all the LFS in my area most don’t even know what its is let alone find it in there order list. I have seen it for sale online but I am very worry about getting live plants and live stock form the mail. Does anyone know of a very reputable online vendor for plants? Anyone currently keeping this plant? Id love to see some pics . |

| You could look in my living room on my 55g
I scored a couple small stems from a local (along with another batch of plants). Both stems are only about 5-6 inches long right now, but they've both sprouted new leaves. I'll try and get some pics up.
As far as care (I'v only had them about 2 1/2 weeks), I just dose with some Seachem products...I haven't really done anything special. |

| I have had no luck finding this plant. Does anyone have a couple of clippings they could sell me? I just can’t justify paying $18 for shipping $6 worth of plants. I did find one guy on aqua bid but he’s all the way in Thailand and shipping will be any ware from 7 to 24 days.
Thank you guys. |

| I have this plant divided between 2 of my tanks now because it doesnt seem to be doing good. Its a light-demanding plant, and i'm pushin just past 2wpg in one tank that its in (which seems to be doing the best in that tank). If i can get this plant established and feel comfortable knowing that its gonna make it i'll mail you some! Keep in touch & send me a private msg. with your address, it couldnt be sooner than a week or so, but nonetheless if you havent found it by then, I'll have it! |

| to update this post just a bit........i have a crapload of this plant now. seriously, i just did clippings last week and threw away enough to fill up my bathtub
it has taken on very well, growing very fast, and the leaves on mine are getting absolutely gigantic! Its growing across the surface of the water, and over the edge of the tank. I'm hoping it continues to grow out over the edge and down the side of the tank to look like a vine growing right out of my tank.
the fry love it, the shrimp love it, certain fish hangout & prefer to be in it!
I'm willing to sell some clippings of this now and if anyones interested they can PM me; i can post pics too if this topic of conversation still interests anyone |
