White sperm-like things in tank

I just got some return bulbs from sea-life since the ones I bought didn't grow. Now I think they have reeked revenge on me . I just put the replacement bulbs in the tank and have discovered these white sperm looking things swimming around. They look like a larvae of some kind. Any ideas?

They're probably wrigglers - young mosquito larvae. The fish would love to eat them, but be careful because they might carry some disease. They might be something else though. A pic would be helpful.

Good luck!

they are too small to take a pic but they are every where and I have already changed the water a few times I have no idea how to get rid of them. Would maybe adding some salt kill them

I recall little wriggling worm like things in my tank as I first set it up. They seemed to dissapear without any action from me. But they didn't have a distinguishable "head" like a sperm shape...

Not sure what they are but if they are as small as that then I shouldn't worry too much - do your fish eat them, or are they even too small for the fish to be bothered by them?
