Will oakleaf watersprite keep reproducing submerged?

MY water sprite is floating and getting really huge and i'm wondering if I decide to plant it will it keep reproducing fully submerged?

It's just growing like crazy so i've twisted off a few of the smaller plants from it and just want to mae sure it'll continue to grow well if I actually plant it.

Yep it sure will keep producing

It's the guppy of the plant world LOL Just pull off one of the daughter plants that has roots hanging down and plant it.
