So I have been looking to upgrade my planted tank to a more heavily planted tank. I have devised a method of changing the substrate gradually and upgrading the light. So I was looking at plants to decide what substrate and how much light. Then I ran into a newbie snag. What WPG are the different recommendations?

For example, Low light is what range of wpg? The gradient is as follows but I cant find any good guides for them.

med-high
