I would like to get a hardy plant that will grow on wood, and can be trimmed to about 2.5- 3 inches, any suggestions?\

There is the old stand by, java moss? Or are you looking for something a bit more unusual?

I have seen anubias, java fern, and different mosses all grown on driftwood, and I know anubias and java are really hardy low light plants... If you want a short anubias, maybe go for Anubias Barteria v. Nana

I have Anubias Nana on my driftwood and find it attaches well and is extremely hardy. It looks really nice too. Java moss gives me a headache trying to get it to attach.

I have exelent lighting. I think will go with the Anubias Barteria v. Nana. (this won't effect the Anubias Barteria v. Nana will it?)
