Well I tried finding plants at today and found only one at pet smart by TopFin just labeled anubias. I was surprised at the good shape it was in!

The rest other 2 plants that I knew the name and knew that they were low light were in horrible shape.

Pretty sad that out of 3 LFS that I could find only one decent plant.

So I do have one plant so far!

I know what you mean. Finding plants can be hard. I have only one lfs with lots of plants and very cheap, but no labels......

Anyway, I see you're in the US. I really suggest you might want to join an aquarium plant forum. They have a section for people looking for stuff and I'm sure you could find someone to send you some great plants.

These guys have tons of beautiful plants and are quite generous. Maybe you can get some before the really cold weather hits.

Most aquarium clubs have big auctions twice a year and sometimes auctions after monthly meetings. Plants are one of the big things you can find.

The one group in pekin is about an hour and a half but I can't find a web site for them. The other groups are at least 4 hours away.

Someone posted a different link to some other Illinois groups but either the sites nor longer work or there all way to far away from where I live. Figures huh?
