petco plant bulbs

i saw these "grow your own plants" at petco, and i thought "what a cool idea". i read the reviews on the petco site, and i was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with them? here's the link:

I bought them, I couldn't grow them - but that's just me.

if you have enough light they should grow
