Green microvine all over plants.

I have this weird looking Vine like plant growing all over my plants in my aquarium. It is very thin, not much thicker than a hair. It has these tiny spikes that grow out of it every centimeter and they use it to cling to and mat up all my plants. It is definitely not an algae but a plant. I have tried to take pictures of it but I can't get my camera to focus on it. Any ideas what it might be? The only way I can remove it is stick my scraper into a mass of plants and this weird "microvine" and twirl it so it wraps around and I then pull it out. But, it keeps coming back.

I have heard this plant called tangleweed in hobbyist circles.
If I remember correctly, it is a member of the bladderwort family.
I have it in some tanks here and remove it with tweezers.

I looked at images of some of the bladderworts and it does look similar just without the bladders. I'm still not sure.

The article describes this as a type of bladderwort as you said. Now if i can only figure out how to get rid of it.
