Question

I Was Just Wondering If I Can Cut A Peace Of My Hornwort Off And Plant It On The Other Side Of My Tank This Is My Frist Time With A Real Plant So I Dont Know To Much About Them Should I Have Some Kind Of Bottom Feeder In My Tank With It Or What Any Help Would Be Great

For planted tanks, I think that the best bottom feeder is an otto. They eat algae like there's no tommarrow but wont touch your plants.

If the original Hornwart is flurishing, then cutting some off for the other side would be fine. If the plant is sick or really small, then I would let it grow a while first.

Plants don't need a bottom feeder to survive. If your plant is healthy, then you can cut a bit of stem off to plant in the substrate. Well done, you've just taken your first cuttings! Cuttings are a great way to propagate your plants, and If I know Hornwort it grows like WEED! Also, if it came in a bunch or pot, you should take all the stems out of the pot/bunch and plant them in the gravel. This prevents to lower stems dying off because the big stems stop them.

PS. Hornwort is a great choice for a first plant - you'll find it's in all your tank sooner or later!
