0ne of my plants has some green fuzzy stuff growing at the edges and is very hard to rub off, what is the best way to get this stuff off?

ive read that you can dip live plants in a water/bleach solution. I don't remember the ratio so you might want to look that up

I usually use a fish scrub pad before doing a water change to get it off. It isn't too bad as long as you stay on top of it. Right now I'm fighting algae on the caves I have in my smaller tanks. It comes off fine,,, but I have to clean it off every few days. I think I'm gonna pick up ottos to help.

IF you DO this you have to make sure you RINSE, RINSE, RINSE...you get the idea. Scrubbing is easier.

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend that. You'd have to rinse it off forever, because even trace amounts of bleach can kill fish. It'd be easier and less risky (actually not risky at all) to just scrub it off.
