Java Fern Question

My java fern had 3 babies and I took 2 of them and put them in a bag.
Then I acclimated it to my 29 gallon tank wich is still cycling, Will the plants interfere with the nitrogen cycle and because the plants are babies are they likely to die?

I'd say they'll be OK. It shouldn't effect the cycle.

It should be fine as long as they are not stuck in the gravel or have been injured when you moved them. Plants do fine during a cycle, you can use them to "silent cycle" your tank.

The plants can help the cycling by consuming nitrates.
