I have a 35g that gets little natural light (in basement)
I already know I have fish compatible with live plants
Will they be okay with the light from my aquarium-flourescent
What are the benfits and the disadvantages?
What are good to get that are at common pet stores?

Java Fern is a good one if you have wood or rocks you can anchor it to.
