time to add more plants!

now all i need to know is what i can get
tank stats:
ph-7.4
fairly hard water(i'm on a well)
low lighting (18watts on a 29 gal.)

i was thinking java moss on the driftwood, a tall plant for the back, some anacharis for a corner, and a broadleaved plant (i.e. tiger lotus)

any other suggestions are welcome

ps. a pic of my tank is in my gallery

Im using .75w/gall and my plants doing fine (power glo bulb) Amazon swords, Anubias, Java fern and Bacopa doing well. The Bacopa is growing 1-2ml/day. (also have very hard water)

will be adding some anubias nana to the middle, where the hornwort is now, as soon as i find some

depending on how this corkscrew val. does in my lighting, i might get another bunch or 2 when i get my new lighting

will also be upgrading my lighting, here are my 2 choices
1) get a Flora-Gro 20w bulb
2) get a new double strip fixture w/ 2 17w bulbs (total of 34w)

does my water look cloudy to anyone?
i noticed it getting a little cloudy the past couple days...did a 25% wc yeterday, but that didnt help any...could it be my lighting...i bet not having a background makes it show more

Looks great. Good Job.

What did you use to make them stay in place? Im always curious how people set up such lovely planted tanks.

most of my plants are rooted, the java fern and java moss will root to my driftwood, the anacharis has a "plant holder" that keeps it weighted down
...its pretty simple, you just have to know which plants will grow well with the type of lighting you have

the cloudiness can be gotten rid of by using purigen in the filter medium. takes a day or 2 to rid of it.

Kevin, it looks so beautiful I really wish you best of luck with your plants, but I just wanted to say that Vallinserias and Pygmy Chain Swords may not do well in the long term under 0.6 wpg of lighting. I mean, maybe they will, but don't be surprised if they don't. But to give you some hope, I did grow Amazon Swords for about a year under similar low lighting, so what do you know, it may work
