Plants wilting

This plant seams to be wilting, the other type is not, CO2 problem ? everything else seams to be fine.

That looks like parrot's feather, and I would suggest that you are not getting enough light for the plant.

When parrots feather is grown submerged it loses it's lower leaves and grows up out of the water. The part above the water keeps its leaves. Looks like it's getting ready to start shedding. Parrot feather is a pond plant
