Re: What plant is this?

It's either Dwarf Sagittaria - http://www.plantgeek.net/plantguide_viewer.php?id=189
or Dwarf hairgrass - http://www.plantgeek.net/plantguide_viewer.php?id=115

Re: What plant is this?

Don't think thats enough light. The dwarg sag needs medium light and the dwarf hairgrass needs medium/high lighting.

Re: What plant is this?

If it's Dwarf Sagittaria, remember that it can grow way beyond its "supposedly" small size. I didn't have good experience with Dwarf Sag in my tank, although my light and substrate are supposed to be good for it. I am replacing it with other small carpeting plants like Crypt Lucens and Pygmy Chain Swords. Crypts Lucens are supposedly more demanding than Dwarf Sags, yet they grow beautifully in my tank. They're wonderful carpeting plants for the foreground (provided the substrate and lighting is good enough for them).

Re: What plant is this?

Yup. Glosso is a truly beautiful plant for your tank "carpet". Only it is very demanding: needs high light, nutrient rich substrate, and most likely CO2 injections - if you want it to look its best. That's why I didn't even bother trying this plant, although I do love it.
