Nitrogen Cycle Help

Hi again
I starte to change 25% of the water on both tank.
My reading for tank 1 is
ammonia 0
nitrite 2
nitrate 2
Hp 7.5

Tank 2:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 2
Nitrate 5
Hp 7.5

Should I kept changing the water.
in the past, I had the gave the fish some med. Could that be the reason that the cycle is off

If there's fish in the tank, yes, continue doing daily water changes until the cycle is complete.
Yep, Some meds effect the cycle.

Rita I would consider doing two or three times a day partial water changes (say every twelve or eight hours) to bring down nitrites close to 0.5ppm since at 1ppm it's likely too much for the fish. Problem is a sudden change could also harm them...

Best of luck Rita.
