Was this just an off test?

I have a 2.5 gal betta tank that I've had set up for almost 2 months now and the water readings for it have been good. However I did a test this morning and something strange showed up.

NH3 = 0
N02 = 0
GH = 6 drops
KH = 6 drops
pH = 7.6
temp: 19C

Now I know that the tank was cycled two weeks ago and the only thing that's changed is that I did a water change last week. So is this an off reading or what happened?

are you useing the test strips or a liquid test? I ask cuz I don't understand the posted results so you must be useing something I am not familiar with I use the API liquid master test kit...that is what is most recomended around here.

NH3 is ammonia...that's supposed to be at 0
NO2 is nitrite, which is also supposed to be 0

What's your NO3 (nitrate) reading?

0 ammonia (NH3)
0 nitrites (NO2)
some nitrates (NO3)

means you're cycled

That's why I asked your nitrate reading.

Oh...lol ..ok...well 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites are good...now if your nitrates are under 20 or so you are good if they are higher you need a water change.
