Biospira

Im about to buy a new 75 gal tank and some plants to help the nitrogen cycle and then properly introduce my fish to the tank. Does anyone have any experience with BIOSPIRA? it helps cycle the tank over night by introducing beneficial bacteria. Im literally going to the store in like 2 hours so nething before then would be great. And after too i guess
Thanks
OsCAR

You'd want the package size for a 90 gallon tank, and it works as it says.

Buy bio-spira.. buy fish... put in bio-spira, put in fish. Don't test the water for at least 7 days.

Should be just the thing to get you started right.....

As FL Community Fans said, be sure you get the "freshwater" Bio Spira if you are doing freshwater.

Keep it refrigerated until you are ready to add it to the tank.

Fill tank, install all equipment, filters heater etc....use dechlorinator, adjust the tank water temperature to what is appropriate for the fish you are keeping.....THEN add biospira and fish.

No water changes for a week or more, until your water tests have shown your tank to be cycled.

I see in your information you don't know about the nitrogen cycle, if this is so, read all about it by clicking on the heading at the top of this page, "ARTICLES", go to the link for nitrogen cycle, and it gives a full explination.

While you are at the store, I would recommend if you don't already have it , that the API Master test kit is well worth investing in to keep track of your water tests, and know just where your tank is in the nitrogen cycle. THE VERY BEST LUCK with your new 75 gallon tank, and
