I read a really good article about cycling your tank, that I actually found on this site. But I have heard two different opinions. One article says to do water changes weekly while cycling my tank, and the other said not to do water changes while cycling. Which Is correct? What would I do without you people??

If you are cycling with fish then the amount of water changes will vary depending on how your levels of ammonia, nitrite, nitrate increase. If you are cycling without fish (recommended unless you use Bio-Spira) then don't do any water changes until the cycle is complete.
