background trouble

my 20 gallon tank background looked good for like 1 day and then got all splotchy, what do I do to get it to look good again??

When I had a background on my 20 FW tank I just have my cousin hold the background stright and then i taped the corners and the sides. I don't have one any more becouse in SW tank SC gets in between the background and tank.

that's how mine is held on as well but I used double sided tape. where the tape is holding the Bg to the tank the picture is clear but but I got gray bubbles everywhere else.

You may have to take the background off and really wipe down the back of the tank. Sometimes water drips over the side and down the outside of the tank and that is where you get that splotchy look from the background sticking to the glass due to water drips.
