Good morning.

I decided to go ahead and move my juvenile Silver Dollars (SD) to the 265g tank this morning. They have been in quarantine for 11 days. I did tests on both tanks and with the results I received the time was perfect to do so.
The SD's are holding their own and swimming all over the tank as a trio. They weren't chased any where near as badly as the Cory Julli's were. That was a relief.

I'm sure by late evening or tomorrow they will be schooling with the adults. It's too cool seeing them all together. Photos soon for comparison.
I still have my 4 snails in the 26g quarantine tank. I'm going to move them once I restock the 26g. (or at least 2 of the 4 for now) I'll feed them as usual and then tomorrow morning I'm going to buy some type of gold fishes (maybe a rescue from WalMart depending on what they have and what the
LFS has). I did a small
water change, removed all the plastic plants and the heater. I left the heater clamps on the back glass and then attached my java moss to the clamps (moss I received from one of our members a while back) so it looks like the moss is growing from the back glass. It looks pretty cool.

So I have the java moss and 1 anubia both doing well for now. We'll see how the goldies deal with the live plants. The SD's didn't bother them at all much to my surprise. However, goldies w/plants may be another thread
I'll keep you posted!
Thanks for reading!
Ken
