Juvenile Bloody Parrots

Hello! I just moved my juvenile Bloody Parrots from the 26g to the 265g and it appears they couldn't be happier No aggression from anyone. They were accepted in the community right off the bat.
The juvies didn't want to cooperate for the move. I was only able to get one of them moved while in the terracotta urn. The other I used my large critter keeper for the transfer. They both immediately started swimming around like they had been in there all along.

My goal is to have pictures of everything posted by Friday. (I really do appreciate your patience. I've been hinting to Chef about a digital camera. We'll see. teehee)

Congrats on the move! It figures that the kids would want to misbehave. At least when you got them in there, everyone settled in. That's great news!

Thanks! One of the larger Bloody Parrots has commandeered the terracotta urn and won't let anyone else in there. It's quiet funny The two little ones are sticking pretty close together (they are about to spawn again and I have 2 more pair spawning as well). Planting the tank tomorrow should prove interesting

Hello. The juvenile Bloody Parrots (BP's) are doing "great". No problems at all from being moved to the 265g. They've made themselves right at home

I have a good bit of the tank planted now. I'm going to run and take some pictures and I'll probably go to town tomorrow, Friday at the latest and hopefully have them developed 1 hour style I had placed some 36" bamboo, and 36" asparagus fern in the back (plastic ) and I wasn't happy with it and removed it. I'll take pictures anywayWhen I go to my LFS at the end of the month (an hour drive each way) then I'll find some more plants that I like. I know they have a wonderful selection of tall plants for the back.

Carol, the tongs worked "great".
Have a good day everyone!

Good morning. I am having film developed today! yeah!!!!! Cross your fingers and hopefully I can post them early afternoon.

The terracotta urn I moved into the 265g was covered in the prettiest bright green algae. I looked in the tank this morning and every bit of it has been cleaned! The Pleco had a feast! There are only little spots of algae left on it now and it was completely covered! Wow!
Have a good day everyone!
Ken
