| What is this? Doh! It's my new "drain hole"!
If you'll kindly follow the grout line to the baseboard you'll see it! It's about the size of a quarter. The tank is to the left in the photo covered in plastic. I can run my new bright yellow garden hose with 5/8" inside diameter from the tank, through the hole and into the yard/plants or creek. I have a cork stuffed in it ( don't say it Shawnie...family site! LOL)(inside and out) to keep out unwanted critters.
Thank you. Thank you very much !

| Sweet! With this being a family site, I've been trying for two weeks not to respond to your drain hole comments
I think a comment about the cork being stuffed in it is the least of all of our worries
Can't wait for the pics of everything set up! We're very excited for you. Last edited by bolivianbaby; August 27th, 2009 at 05:23 PM.

| Sweet! Can't wait to see them! Don't forget some pics of the parrots! I'm trying to figure out if I could happily put one in my 55 jellybean/convict tank without drama. |

| We can't wait for pics! That's neat, I have to run my hose out the door. My flowers really love our tank water.

| BB...I think Shawnie has some Jellybeans in with her Bloody Parrots. I'm sure she'll see this and respond. Too, just in case you haven't seen it BB here is a link to one of my videos. Blood Red Parrot Video 2
Carol not only do the plants love it, it's another way to go "GREEN". Every little bit helps. I was given Calla Lily's (12) early in the spring. They were brought here from Washington state. I planted them back in January and 3 of them actually bloomed. I wasn't expecting a bloom before next year. They were all watered with fish tank water and are huge for their first year after being planted.

| Oh I love Calla Lilys! I have a bed full of Elephant Ears and Caladium that get the majority of my fishie water and they are huge.

I'm going to start watching these at work when I'm having a bad day. You're awesome |

| Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best ones. You have me thinking about getting out the drill.
I just recently discovered that there is a tool to transport water from place to place. It's called a hose! It doesn't weigh nearly as much as that bucket I was carrying around before lol |

| Hmmm, I'll have to think about this really hard, then. I really like having Cleo and her new man here in the bedroom. I still haven't named him. He's pretty laid back. And I don't like the idea of separating them since she seems so happy with him around. Her happiness is definitely more important than me having a parrot. That's okay, I'll keep watching Ken's vids
Thank you Shawnie |

| I'll try to have my friend come back with his video camera BB and take a video of the new tank once it's up and running.
