Those are pretty cool

I think I prefer the long trailing fins of the "standard type" well-bred angel.

Yeah, I agree with Shaina.
I like teh standards, I don't really like the VT either.

I like the standards better too. I screwwd up the link and then couldn't find the exact page I was on to edit it. Somewhere there was a page with "wi fi angels" that had these huge fins that were kinda rounded and huge.

Yes aren't they beautiful They are Pinoy angelfish developed by Ken Kennedy in the phillipines. You can go here and search Pinoy angelfish or Ken Kennedy and read the discussions about what makes them what they are

When the breeders start talking genetics they are soooo over my head lol. I know "pretty angels" when I see them and that's about it.

I understand and I have to admit I'm a sucker for pretty angelfish. But the genetics for some of the more exotic angels do interest me. After reading the discussion I think maybe their not telling all their secrets

Are those angels on the link good? they look beautiful though and very nice. I have the regular angels, and one or two veil tail angels. The one small veil tail angel is in with my beast of an angel in my 29 gallon tank (the beast is large) and my two smaller ones (i believe they are veil tail) are in my 10 gallon tank. I wish I could show them but I can't yet
