hmm, it's hard to tell. is that the only spot? possibly a fungal infection or columnaris.

It looks like a fungus to me..I would treat with an antifungal medication..Do you have a QT tank or another tank you could put him in so you don't have to treat all the fish just the ill one??..I would wait for others feedback to make sure that it is indeed fungal but that sure looks like it to me..Poor Angel I hope he gets to feeling well soon.

no i dont have a qt tank so i have to treat the whole 55G $$ my friend had some leftover PimaFix, it wont be enough for 7 days so i will have to buy some more later this week. Thanks for the help

Yes the spots were all gone, but he died this morning i guess i did not treat it soon enough
