Angelfish with attitide! HELP!

HI!

I need some advice please! I have a 30 gallon (uk) tank. Its been running for nearly two years, fortnightly water changes, no ammonia, nitrates, water is hard. Its planted with lots of nice tall plants, plenty of hiding spaces. I have in my tank

1 golden gourami ( nice natured!)
5 head and tail tetras
1 bristlenose
and 2 angelfish.

Here's the problem, I purchased the two angel fish one blushing, one black and silver at the same time 8 months ago. They were almost identical in size.
The Blushing angel fish has grown much bigger much quicker, has a more prominent hump on it nose too. I have noticed in the last 3 weeks my black and silver has a slightly swollen tummy. The Blushing angel has also become incredibly aggressive towards firstly my black and silver angel but now the rest of my tank, chasing them away. (more territorial)
In the last week have noticed marks on my black and silver- probably from the blushingangels attacks. Typical behavior is that he chases from behind then nips. I have seen them lip lock once when all the trouble started!

Any ideas? I really want to sort this out as they are beautiful fish!

welcome to fishlore!!!

sounds like you may have a breeding pair...pics can help us sex them for you...agression gets much worse as they mature and spawn..you may need another tank for your other fish except the bn and angles....agression towards eachother is very normal between 6-12 months...lip locking is another breeding behavoir but could be the opposite too....if you can get some pics that would help

I'll upload pictures now. The aggression is only from the large blushing angelfish, other than that i have a really chilled out tank!

In my opinion, one is bullying the other..they both look like males to me
