i recently bought 2 little guys...they come little...but everytime i get them..they seem to die...dont anyone know anything about these types of angel fish? i know my water conditions are ideal for fish so dont worry about that... hope its not just bad luck

Well, what are your water parameters? Especially pH and nitrate (because nitrite and ammonia have to be at 0 obviously). What is the temperature? How large is the tank and how many and what other kinds of fish do you have in there? What type of a filter (how powerful)? Angels like gentle water flow, so if you have some really strong filtration system, that might be hurting very young angles. Anyway, what do you always feed them with and how often? Do you take appropriate acclimatizing steps when introducing these angels to their new home? If you don't, that might be another reason why they always die (pH, temperature, and light shocks). Lastly, maybe the store had fish that were already sick (but that would be a bit strange if every fish you get there is sick).

P.S. How many have already died? I have one veiltail angelfish and it seems to be doing very good.

if the angle fish are in your 50 gallon tank they might get bullyed by the sharks

Also, a 50G tank must have strong filtration as for tiny angelfish. If they're very small, then a powerful filter may easily toss baby angels around the tank, perhaps hurting their finnage. But it's just a guess. It's probably more likely that they die because of pH, temperature, and/or light shock if no proper steps are being taken to acclimatize them. Also a high concentration of nitrate may easily kill baby fish.

they are in the 50G... my water parameters are ideal.. 0 all around... less then 20 nitrates ph is 6.8-7.0... i have 2 other angles in the tank and they made it ok... i only have two power filters creating water flow...one outta the 2 fish i bought survived... i feed them flake food mostly...and frozen brine shrimp and bloodworms every few days... im thinkin they've been sick from the store because they dont look to healthy in the bag usually... im takin the dead one back tomorrow night... oh and when i acclimate them...i put a little bit of tank water in... every 5 minutes...for a half n hour starting at 10 minutes
