Hmm, you didn't have them in a filtered tank? I've had my fry in the filtered tank from the beginning. The downside was that I didn't have a sponge filter, but a regular Tetra Whisper filter for a 10 gallon tank. Although, I decreased the flow to low and put a stocking over the intake tube, and the babies made it

But, if I were to do it again, I'd definitely do it with a sponge filter.
I am so sorry they're dying again

I really don't know what's going wrong if you have 0 Ammonia, 0 Nitrite, and 0 Nitrate.
P.S. I've heard Angelfish eggs are sensitive to light within the first 48 (I think?) hours or so. Maybe that's the reason? I remember that when my eggs made it for longer than 1 day (and this was the batch that survived), my fry tank lights were off. But I really can't tell you for sure if that was the reason they survived. Dino once recommended to me staining the water with Angelfish eggs with Methylene Blue (or something like that). You'd have to ask Dino about it since I don't remember well.
