Any angels are risky although kept Centropyges in the reef. Depending on each individuals, some bother/eat certain coral from the beginning, some did not bother at all, some started after few yrs w/o any mishap.
This bluespotted angel should definitely be kept out of reef, IMO. Even well fed , can nip/eat
LPS/softies along with Tridacna mantle, polyps. As matter of fact any Chaetodontoplus, Holacanthus, Paracentropyge, Pomacanthus.
If want to try Angel, consider Genicanthus sp.
Because one Angel did well in reef w/o any mishaps does not mean you will have same luck. As I mentioned, they can develop/regain their tastes for natural diet after few yars.
