First stop putting meds in your tank, you should never treat sick fish in your main tank as the meds can kill the good bacteria ( the stuff that changes ammonia to nitrite etc) and make your tank go into a cycle. get ready for some large water changes 50% for the next 4 days. bring your water temp up to 83f but dont raise the temp by more that 2 deg in 24hr. you will need to maintain this temp for 3 weeks from the time the temp reaches 83f. you will need to test ammonia nitrite & nitrate every 2nd day, should you see a spike you will need to do water changes. and put your skimmer back on now to help pull out the meds
