I just bought a RBTA from my
LFS. i drip aclimated it for an hour. when it footed it's self it was against the glass and substrate. it was mostly inflated and began swelling like a ballon around the foot area, but still inflated and moving slow. this morning it was face down and shrivled like a stump. i thought it was going to make a great addition to my tank whem my male percula went into it a few times within hours of having it, but when i found it this morning it was face down the foot had not realeased all the substrate it had attached to it but i picked it up and placed it right side up on the highest
live rock i have. It seems to be anchored to the rock now. i'm hoping this was a good idea...is it normal for it to have slime/mucas comming off the the tenticle area

they are small strands...its not comming from the mouth but it also doesn't look great as it is loose and possibly open partially ...its hard to tell because i cant get a good view of it. I had my LFS test my water before i purchased it , and it looked healthy when i bought it. The rock it is on is about 12" away from the light, 8" from the top of the tank. is it going to be ok??
i have 2 false perculas, 2damsels, normal cleanup crew, some pulsing xenia that is expanding rapidly, some unidentified polyps that i haven't identified yet but are also growing steadily.
