How many wpg??

Hello I have a couple of questions, first how many watts per gallon do I need to have to keep star polyps? What about a sebae anemone? Currently I have a 29 gallon (30long x 18high x12wide) and a HO fixture with two 24 watt life glo bulbs and a 15 watt NO power glo. Is this enough to keep any soft corals or anemones? If I get a second HO fixure will that be enough? also I want to post a pick of a hitch hiker on a peice of LR i bought but it says my pic is to big how can i resze it to post here?

It's definitely not enough light for an anemone, but you'll be able to keep many soft corals and some of the easier LPS. The reflectors on the GLO fixtures aren't too impressive so even if you added another one I'm not sure you'd be able to keep an anemone. Also, they require a mature tank. I have always been told not to add one to a tank that is less than 8-12 months old.
