BTA Crawling out of tank??

I have no clue why my BTA is attempting to crawl out of my tank....it got right on the filter pick up tube and was partialy out of my tank before i decided to pull him off gently and set him back down. Any ideas as to why it's doing that and what i should do?? other than that it seems quite happy with its host percula.

My water specs are: temp 82, salinity, 1.023, pH 8.0-8.2 NO2&NO3 0ppm, ammonia >20ppm

Although had many crawled all over the tank and get stuck on the strainer of filter tube, never really had one trying to go up high, especially with clowns. Could it the lighting maybe? What kind of light and how tall is the tank?

Is that 150 W MH? I am not familiar with Atlantic. If it is 2 x 150W MH, Wow! That's maybe a overkill!! Or am I missing something here?
