My anenome keep shrinking and then it will come back out after awhile. When it does this I sometimes change the water more sooner then I usually do. Any opinions on what is wrong? Is he dying?

What kind of anemone? How often does it shrink, and for how long? What are you feeding it and how often?

Water parameters like nitrates, phosphates, calcium and alkalinity would be good to know too.
