my new anenome was looking really good and helthy all week and including all day untill now, it deflated. i know they do this to expell waste, but my question is how long do they stay like that before i hve to worry

What kind of anemone? My BTA usually deflates for a few hours, but occasionally a day or so. If it has been looking healthy and eating, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

thank you it is doing fine and i thought it would but i'm pretty new to reef tanks and am still learning. just making sure all my freinds are happy.
